Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 3–5 minutes until heated through.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin. Press wonton wrappers into cups to form taco shells.
- Spray or brush wonton shells with oil. Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy, or fry 1–2 minutes per side until crispy.
- Fill each shell with seasoned chicken, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and avocado slices.
- Drizzle with sour cream, squeeze lime over tacos, and serve immediately.
Notes
Assemble tacos just before serving to keep shells crisp.
