Ingredients
  

Tofu Nuggets
  • 14 oz extra-firm tofu pressed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
Crispy Coating
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Equipment

  • Tofu press or weights
  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet or Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Press tofu and cut into nugget-sized pieces.
  2. Season tofu with oil and soy sauce.
  3. Coat tofu with cornstarch and breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake or air fry until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before baking.
