Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Add milk and heavy cream to the slow cooker.
  2. Whisk in sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  5. Once smooth, stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Switch to WARM setting and serve hot.

Notes

Stir occasionally to prevent scorching and adjust thickness with extra milk if needed.
