Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 9-inch pie dish.
- Dice ham and lightly steam broccoli florets.
- Whisk eggs, milk or cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Layer ham, broccoli, and shredded cheese in prepared dish. Pour egg mixture over top.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until quiche is set and golden brown on top.
- Cool 5–10 minutes, garnish with parsley or chives, and serve.
Notes
Pat broccoli dry to prevent watery quiche. Can be customized with favorite vegetables or cheeses. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
