Ingredients
  

Danish Dough
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 0.25 cup powdered keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Filling
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup powdered keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry dough ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix until dough forms.
  4. Shape dough portions on baking sheet.
  5. Prepare cream cheese filling until smooth.
  6. Fill dough centers with cream cheese mixture.
  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.

Notes

For extra flavor, add lemon zest or cinnamon to the filling. Best served warm.
