Ingredients
  

Crepe Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Non-stick skillet
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients separately.
  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures until smooth.
  4. Rest batter 20–30 minutes.
  5. Cook thin crepes in a greased skillet over medium heat.
  6. Flip and cook briefly on second side.
  7. Fill, fold, and serve with desired toppings.

Notes

Batter can be made ahead and stored up to 24 hours before cooking.
