Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • powdered sugar for dusting, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on baking sheet.
  6. Flatten slightly with a fork or keep rounded.
  7. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Tops should remain pale.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

Store in airtight container for up to 5 days. Freeze dough for longer storage and bake fresh as needed.
