- Wash and halve strawberries lengthwise. Scoop a small cavity in each half.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream until smooth and fluffy.
- Pipe filling into strawberry halves with a star tip.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and optional garnishes.
- Chill until ready to serve.
