Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 0.25 cup graham cracker crumbs for garnish

  • fresh mint leaves
  • chocolate drizzle
  • lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Wash and halve strawberries lengthwise. Scoop a small cavity in each half.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Pipe filling into strawberry halves with a star tip.
  4. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and optional garnishes.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Best served fresh. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
