Ingredients
  

Chocolate Coated Raspberries
  • 200 g dark chocolate 70% cocoa preferred
  • 12 fresh raspberries or thawed frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional
  • red candy melts or red chocolate for decoration
  • edible glitter or sugar optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Small saucepan

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a heatproof bowl.
  3. Dip each raspberry into melted chocolate, coating fully.
  4. Place coated raspberries on parchment sheet.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes until set.
  6. Melt red candy melts or red chocolate for decoration.
  7. Drizzle red chocolate over set raspberries to resemble vampire blood.
  8. Optionally, sprinkle edible glitter or sugar.
  9. Allow decorations to set completely before serving.
  10. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Perfect for Halloween dessert tables or treats for guests.
