Ingredients
  

Chicken Thighs
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub olive oil over chicken, then coat with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from air fryer and let rest 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your choice of sides.

Notes

Optional marinade enhances flavor. Avoid overcrowding basket for crispiness.
