Method
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil over chicken, then coat with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from air fryer and let rest 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your choice of sides.
