- Drain pickle chips and pat them completely dry with paper towels.
- Place flour in one shallow bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a third.
- Dip each pickle chip first in flour, then in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly. Serve hot with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Patting the pickles dry is crucial for crispiness. For extra crunch, double-dip in egg and breadcrumbs before air frying.
