Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Tortilla Chips
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 0.5 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Jalapeños thinly sliced
  • 2 Green Onions sliced
  • Olive Oil Spray for crisping
  • Sour Cream for garnish
  • Fresh Cilantro optional, for garnish
  • Avocado optional, diced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the chips.
  4. Scatter black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  5. Air fry for 5–7 minutes, checking halfway through to ensure the cheese melts and chips remain crispy.
  6. Remove nachos carefully, top with green onions, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro if desired.
  7. Serve immediately while hot and melty.

Notes

Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding for best results.
