- Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the chips.
- Scatter black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
- Air fry for 5–7 minutes, checking halfway through to ensure the cheese melts and chips remain crispy.
- Remove nachos carefully, top with green onions, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro if desired.
- Serve immediately while hot and melty.
