Ingredients
  

Base
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
Beef
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Vegetables & Eggs
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 cup zucchini julienned
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 eggs

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Rice cooker or pot
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and keep warm.
  2. Brown ground beef and season with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and pepper.
  3. Sauté vegetables separately until tender.
  4. Fry eggs to desired doneness.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, egg, and toppings.

Notes

Vegetables can be swapped based on availability. Gochujang heat varies by brand.
