- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and 1 cup of cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the chicken mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.
- Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce on the side.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust buffalo sauce for spice preference. Let bake rest 5 minutes for easier serving.
