Pasta Bake Ingredients
  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or rigatoni)
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Large pot
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add cooked pasta and 1 cup of cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the chicken mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly on top.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.
  7. Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce on the side.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust buffalo sauce for spice preference. Let bake rest 5 minutes for easier serving.
