Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg beaten, for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Roll puff pastry into rectangle, spread filling evenly.
  4. Roll pastry into log, slice into ½-inch rounds.
  5. Place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash, bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve warm with marinara or ranch dip.

Notes

These pinwheels can be frozen before baking for up to 1 month. Bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes.
