- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in oats and raisins evenly.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool completely in pan before slicing into bars.
