- Season and cook chicken breasts, then slice.
- Cook bacon until crispy, crumble into pieces.
- Prepare eggs, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
- Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper for dressing.
- Arrange lettuce in a large bowl, then top with rows of chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Drizzle with dressing before serving or serve dressing on the side.
Notes
For a lighter salad, swap half the oil in the dressing with Greek yogurt. Salad is best assembled fresh, but dressing can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
