- Slice the chicken, peppers, and onion evenly.
- Season chicken with olive oil, fajita seasoning, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken in a hot skillet until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté peppers and onions in the same skillet until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add lime juice, and toss together.
- Assemble bowls with rice, beans, corn, and chicken fajita mix. Add toppings.
