- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
- Combine rice, vegetables, and protein in a large bowl.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into baking dish, make a small well, add eggs, fold gently.
- Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake 10 more minutes.
- Remove, stir gently, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Use chilled rice for best texture; adjust seasoning to taste.
