Fried Rice Base
  • 2 cups long-grain white rice uncooked
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients except eggs and green onions in baking dish.
  2. Cover and bake until rice is tender.
  3. Stir in eggs and bake uncovered until set.
