Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk melted butter and sugars until glossy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
  5. Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
  6. Bake 22–26 minutes until just set.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Do not overbake for best fudgy texture.
