- Melt peanut butter and coconut oil over low heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in shredded coconut until evenly coated.
- Scoop mixture onto parchment-lined tray and flatten slightly.
- Refrigerate 20–30 minutes until firm.
Notes
Use powdered sweetener for best texture.
