Ingredients
  

Base Mixture
  • 1 cup finely crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 tbsp bourbon whiskey
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped maraschino cherries drained
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Coating
  • cocoa powder, chopped nuts, or sprinkles

  • Microwave-safe bowl or double boiler
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and softened butter in a bowl.
  2. Add bourbon, vanilla extract, and chopped cherries. Mix until combined.
  3. Chill mixture for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Form 1-inch balls using a spoon or cookie scoop. Place on parchment-lined sheet.
  5. Melt chocolate until smooth. Dip each ball into chocolate, return to sheet.
  6. Optional: Roll balls in cocoa, nuts, or sprinkles while chocolate is wet.
  7. Refrigerate 30–45 minutes until chocolate sets. Serve or gift.
