Method
- Combine crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and softened butter in a bowl.
- Add bourbon, vanilla extract, and chopped cherries. Mix until combined.
- Chill mixture for 15–20 minutes.
- Form 1-inch balls using a spoon or cookie scoop. Place on parchment-lined sheet.
- Melt chocolate until smooth. Dip each ball into chocolate, return to sheet.
- Optional: Roll balls in cocoa, nuts, or sprinkles while chocolate is wet.
- Refrigerate 30–45 minutes until chocolate sets. Serve or gift.
