Energy Bites Base
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter natural
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.33 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon optional
  • salt pinch

Method
 

  1. Combine oats and protein powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in peanut butter and honey until mixture begins to form a dough.
  3. Add cinnamon and salt and mix well.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Adjust texture by adding more oats if sticky or honey if dry.
  6. Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a lined plate.
  7. Refrigerate 30 minutes to set before serving.
