Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping thawed
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter. Press into 9x13-inch baking dish and bake 8–10 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and drained pineapple.
  3. Gently fold in mini marshmallows.
  4. Spread mixture over cooled pretzel crust.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Ensure pineapple is well-drained to prevent soggy crust. Press crust firmly for sturdy base.
