- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into pan.
- Chill crust until firm.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and pistachio paste until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Spread filling over crust and chill until set.

Notes
For firmer bars, chill overnight. Can be frozen and thawed slightly before serving.
