Method
- Combine broth, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large pot. Bring to a gentle boil over medium-high heat.
- Stir in napa cabbage and carrots. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Gently add potstickers to the simmering broth. Cook 5–7 minutes for frozen or until fully cooked.
- Stir in chopped green onions and cook 1–2 more minutes.
- Ladle soup into bowls, garnish with extra green onions, sesame seeds, or red chili flakes, and serve hot.
Notes
Can be made with homemade or store-bought potstickers for convenience.
