  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp truffle oil
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut and soak potatoes.
  3. Season and arrange on baking sheet.
  4. Bake until golden and crispy.
  5. Drizzle truffle oil and sprinkle Parmesan.

Notes

Add truffle oil after baking to preserve aroma.
