Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tbsp festive sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and eggnog. Heat over low-medium heat until butter melts and mixture is warm.
  3. Gradually add white chocolate chips, stirring continuously until smooth and fully melted.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, and optional rum extract if desired.
  5. Pour fudge mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and festive sprinkles.
  7. Let fudge cool at room temperature for 2–3 hours or refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
  8. Lift fudge from pan using parchment overhang and cut into squares or rectangles.
  9. Serve immediately or package for gifting.

Notes

Store in airtight container for up to 1 week at room temperature or refrigerate for 2–3 weeks. Can be frozen up to 3 months.
