Ingredients
  

  • 4 English muffins split in half
  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs large
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • parsley or basil for garnish
  • optional toppings diced peppers, onions, mushrooms, or bacon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly toast English muffins until golden.
  3. Arrange muffins in an oven-safe skillet, cut side up.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly on muffins.
  5. Top with sausage, mozzarella, cheddar, and seasonings.
  6. Crack eggs over skillet, spacing evenly.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until cheese melts and eggs are set.
  8. Garnish with parsley or basil and serve warm.

Notes

For runny yolks, reduce baking time slightly. Great with bacon or extra veggies.
