Base
  • 4 English muffins split
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Toppings
  • 4 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup bacon cooked and chopped
  • 0.75 cup shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Brush English muffins with oil or butter.
  3. Layer cheese and bacon on muffins.
  4. Carefully add eggs to each muffin.
  5. Bake until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot with optional toppings.
