Ingredients
  

  • 1 chocolate cake cut into cubes
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding instant or homemade
  • 2 cups heavy cream whipped to soft peaks
  • 1 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
  • 16-20 Ferrero Rocher chocolates whole and crushed
  • 0.5 cup toasted hazelnuts chopped
  • 0.25 cup chocolate shavings or curls for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cut chocolate cake into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks, then fold in Nutella for whipped Nutella cream.
  3. In a trifle bowl, layer cake cubes, chocolate pudding, and Nutella cream.
  4. Scatter crushed Ferrero Rochers and chopped hazelnuts over the cream.
  5. Repeat layers until bowl is full.
  6. Top with whipped cream, whole Ferrero Rochers, chocolate curls, and hazelnuts.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be prepared 1 day in advance. Store in refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
