Breadsticks
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough and cut into long strips.
  3. Fill strips with cheese, fold, and seal edges.
  4. Twist into candy cane shapes and place on baking sheet.
  5. Brush with garlic butter mixture.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
