Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
Topping
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm water with sugar until foamy.
  2. Mix flour, salt, olive oil, and yeast mixture into a soft dough.
  3. Knead until smooth, then let rise until doubled.
  4. Divide dough and shape into small rounds.
  5. Let rise again, dimple with fingers, and add toppings.
  6. Bake at 425°F (220°C) until golden and fluffy.

Notes

Best served warm. Brush with extra olive oil after baking for added richness.
