Method
- Clean mushrooms and halve or slice them.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms and cook 3–4 minutes undisturbed until golden.
- Stir mushrooms and cook another 3–4 minutes. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Sauté 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately as a side dish, appetizer, or snack.
Notes
Serve hot for best crispiness. Can be paired with dipping sauces like aioli or ranch. Leftovers can be reheated in a skillet.
