Ingredients
  

Mushrooms
  • 500 g mushrooms button or cremini, halved
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika optional
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Clean mushrooms and halve or slice them.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook 3–4 minutes undisturbed until golden.
  4. Stir mushrooms and cook another 3–4 minutes. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Sauté 1–2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
  6. Serve immediately as a side dish, appetizer, or snack.

Notes

Serve hot for best crispiness. Can be paired with dipping sauces like aioli or ranch. Leftovers can be reheated in a skillet.
