Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 0.5 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Topping
  • 2 tbsp crispy fried onions

Method
 

  1. Blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped dill pickles and pickle juice.
  3. Add cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Top with crispy fried onions just before serving.

Notes

Drain pickles thoroughly to prevent watery dip.
