Ingredients
  

  • 1 head green cabbage chopped
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup Fritos corn chips

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Spatula
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
  3. Add cabbage, season with salt, pepper, and paprika if desired.
  4. Cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender.
  5. Remove from heat and top with Fritos before serving.

Notes

Add Fritos just before serving to maintain crunch.
