Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cabbage shredded
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup Frito corn chips crushed
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped, optional

  • Mixing spoon

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onions and bell peppers for 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add shredded cabbage, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper; sauté 10–12 minutes until tender.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle crushed Fritos on top.
  6. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Add Fritos just before serving to maintain crunch.
