Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers for 5 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper; sauté 10–12 minutes until tender.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle crushed Fritos on top.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Add Fritos just before serving to maintain crunch.
