- Slice cucumbers into thin rounds.
- Whisk olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss cucumbers with dressing until coated.

Notes
For extra crunch, chill cucumbers before slicing. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
