Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 3 roasted garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 0.25 tsp paprika
  • salt & pepper to taste
Assembly
  • 4 brioche buns
  • butter, for toasting
  • lettuce leaves
  • tomato slices
  • red onion slices

Method
 

  1. Combine ground beef, garlic, onion, Worcestershire, mustard, paprika, butter, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix gently and form into four patties.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, roasted garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Toast brioche buns with butter until golden.
  7. Assemble burgers with sauce, lettuce, patty, tomato, onion, and more sauce.
  8. Serve immediately with extra garlic sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, sauté the garlic for the sauce until lightly golden. Patties can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
