- Combine ground beef, garlic, onion, Worcestershire, mustard, paprika, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently and form into four patties.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, roasted garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toast brioche buns with butter until golden.
- Assemble burgers with sauce, lettuce, patty, tomato, onion, and more sauce.
- Serve immediately with extra garlic sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, sauté the garlic for the sauce until lightly golden. Patties can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
