Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Let beef cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheddar cheese and optional add-ins.
- Roll out pizza dough or separate crescent rolls into individual pieces.
- Place a spoonful of beef-cheese mixture in the center of each dough piece.
- Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal completely.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and slightly oozing cheese.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Optional add-ins: onions, pickles, or bacon bits. Assemble ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking. Reheat leftovers in microwave or oven.
