Ingredients
  

Main
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sheet pizza dough or 8 crescent rolls
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • optional: diced onions, pickles, or cooked bacon bits

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Let beef cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheddar cheese and optional add-ins.
  4. Roll out pizza dough or separate crescent rolls into individual pieces.
  5. Place a spoonful of beef-cheese mixture in the center of each dough piece.
  6. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal completely.
  7. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each dough ball.
  8. Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  9. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and slightly oozing cheese.
  10. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Optional add-ins: onions, pickles, or bacon bits. Assemble ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking. Reheat leftovers in microwave or oven.
