Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess fat and cool slightly.
- Mix beef with cheddar cheese and cream cheese until uniform.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 3–4 inch circle.
- Place 1–2 tbsp beef mixture in center, fold dough over and seal edges. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush tops with garlic butter mixture, sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly and serve.
Notes
Ensure dough seams are well sealed to prevent filling leakage. Can make ahead and refrigerate until baking.
