Ingredients
  

Burger Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed or shredded
Dough
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 pieces
Garlic Parmesan Topping
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground beef with seasonings, ketchup, and mustard.
  3. Form small beef patties and place cheese in center.
  4. Wrap beef around cheese to form balls.
  5. Wrap each beef ball with flattened biscuit dough.
  6. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle parmesan.
  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Notes

Serve warm for best cheese pull. Great with dipping sauces.
