- Pat chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and half of the parmesan cheese.
- Rub the garlic parmesan mixture evenly over the chicken drumsticks.
- Toss potato wedges with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, and remaining parmesan cheese.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place chicken and potatoes in air fryer basket and cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken reaches 165°F and potatoes are golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and additional parmesan if desired, serve hot.
Notes
Use smoked paprika for a smoky flavor or chili flakes for heat. Leftovers can be used in wraps or salads.
