  • 1.25 cups warm water
  • 0.25 cup olive oil plus more for pan
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast with warm water and sugar until foamy.
  2. Mix in flour, salt, and olive oil to form dough.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled.

  5. Dimple dough, add toppings, and bake at 400°F (205°C) for 18–22 minutes.
