Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Tongs
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in skillet.
  2. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
  3. Add garlic and seasonings and sauté briefly.
  4. Add lemon juice and toss to coat.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp to prevent rubbery texture.
