  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 eggs large
  • 0.75 cup honey
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 0.75 cup semolina flour
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon plus more for dusting
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and butter baking dish.
