Ingredients
  

Popcorn Base
  • 10 cups popped popcorn
Caramel Mixture
  • 11 oz soft caramel candies unwrapped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Saucepan
  • Silicone spatula

Method
 

  1. Place popped popcorn in a large heat-safe bowl, removing unpopped kernels.
  2. Melt caramel candies and butter together over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Stir in mini marshmallows and continue cooking on low until fully melted and glossy.
  4. Pour caramel mixture over popcorn and gently toss until evenly coated.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving. Popcorn will remain soft and gooey.
