  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
Roasted Garlic White Sauce
  • 1 bulb garlic roasted
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Toppings
  • 2 cups fresh spinach wilted and drained
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp oregano dried

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast with warm water and sugar until foamy.
  2. Combine flour and salt, add yeast mixture and oil, and knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled.
  4. Roast garlic until soft and golden.
  5. Make white sauce using butter, flour, milk, and roasted garlic.
  6. Roll dough, assemble pizza with sauce, spinach, mozzarella, and feta.
  7. Bake at high heat until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle fresh basil after baking.
