- Whisk together marinade ingredients in a bowl.
 - Toss shrimp and scallops in the marinade; let rest 15–20 minutes.
 - Thread seafood and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
 - Grill skewers on medium-high heat 2–3 minutes per side until seafood is cooked and vegetables are tender.
 - Serve skewers on a platter, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
 
Notes
Pre-soak wooden skewers to prevent burning. Mix veggies for colorful presentation. Serve immediately for best taste.
